Nail Care – How to Grow Long Fingernails

More often we emphasis on how to grow long healthy hair, but as the trend is changing day by day people are concentrating more on whole body care. Nowadays, many girls would love to have those long nails, which beautify a girl’s personality. Long beautiful and healthy nail can be grown with some basic health nail care tips. Growing long nail may become a difficult task for those who do not take a good care of them. However, it is very easy to have these inherited nails if you take good care of your nail.

So if you want to grow those nice long nails than follow some do’s and don’ts as given below:

If you are the one who love to eat your nails, then stop doing so. Yes, the first and foremost thing to do is, to allow them to grow, so always remember to never bite your nail, because the way your biting your nails can damage the very first healthy layer, that provide them nutrition to grow further.

Our nails, rarely comes in contact with moisturizer as we mostly losses it while performing many tasks by our hands, but nails extremely require moisturizer to grow properly and have strength in them. So always, moisturize your nail after you wash your hands and before you go to sleep.

A protein, pulses, cheese, eggs and meat, tofu rich diet always helps in growing your nail, However, you can add other products in your diet like dairy products, tomatoes, calcium rich products that may helps to grow your nail really fast.

Regularly shape up your nail, because those sharp ends will never allow your nail to grow up properly and promptly. In addition, using a nylon fiber strengthener even makes your nail stronger and better.

Never expose your nails to extreme condition of heat as they can become very dull and pale. Also doing more water related activities can even disturbs their growth. So avoid this situation. 

Take precautions if you love gardening, because while gardening, you can extremely hurt your nail, as the hard rock, mud can break them. Therefore, it is always advisable to wear gloves, use stick for starching the mud, and nicely clean up your hands after you are done with gardening.
