The first thing to gain that brighter skin is to Sleep, yes, sleeping is very essential to make your skin look younger and even brighter than it was earlier because during we sleep, the blood circulation of our body increases that really helps to get brighter skin tone. The less you sleep, more you get dark circle around your skin and it becomes dull. Therefore, take atleast 8 hours of proper sleep in order to get brighter skin tone.

Even though if you have got bored of the whole water phenomenon, which is actually quite affective and true, you have to apply it in your daily routine to get wonderful skin tone. Yes, water is very essential for our skin, as it clears the intoxicated elements from it and makes the skin brighter and clear. So the more you drink water more your skin become younger.

Always avoid touching your skin with dirty hands, because the dirt in your hand will allow the bacteria to enter in your skin pores and hence, pimples will occur, which actually does not look good.

Try to wash your face twice or thrice a day but always use a face wash, that suits your skin type, for instance if your skin is oily, than a cucumber face wash will suit you and if your skin is dry than, try for Aloe Vera face wash.

Before going out, never forget to apply a good sun protection or suns cream lotion to the exposing area of your body because the direct contact of sunrays can badly affect your skin, with tanning and darker tone. Moreover, if you have any rather sunburn than apply, yoghurt for 10-15 minutes and wash it off.

Pigmentation is another major problem, but to get rid of pigmentation one can apply lemon. However, apply mashed banana with a half teaspoon of honey even works wonder for glowing skin.

Lastly, always remember to minimize your make up, and remove it before you sleep with a good cleanser, moreover along with cleansing, toning and moisturizing helps skin to breath and glow.
