Lips Care tips for Women

Winter Season comes and Lip skin care problems starts as well, and lips is an extremely important and delegate part of our body, because lips skin rashes can break and make the entire look of your face and that is where it is so important to take care of your lips during summer and winter season. Appearance of a beautiful woman’s body may look effortless, but there are always two sides of a coin. That is the reason why hard work of women’s body maintenance stands behind their beautiful body. From hair care to skin care, from facials to manicure and pedicure there are so many things to perform during body care regime, which is why most of the women forgets to take care of, little parts of their body, in which taking care of lips comes first.
However, our small lips hold great importance in our personality, as when we speak to someone, our lip gives a good or bad impression. For instance, if your lips are soft and smooth than you will be having a good smile on your face. On the other hand if you are having lips full of skin rashes and cracks then it will be a big mess on your face in front of anybody. And, hence it will only end up in a bad first impression.
Therefore, to avoid the above situation, it is important to devote atleast few minutes to take care of your lips. Moreover, it is even more necessary for woman who may have beautiful body, but having cracked lips can spoil their whole look.
So, the first rule to have beautiful lips is to protect them from cracks; cracks are the biggest enemy of lips that gives them an ugly look. It generally, occurs because of dehydration and drinking less water can even bring cracks on your lips every easily, because your mouth becomes dry and does not supply any liquid moisture to lips. Therefore, it is important to keep yourself hydrated while drinking plenty of water or adding more liquid supplements in your daily intake, so in way you can keep your lips wet while protecting them from cracks.
Moreover, our few body parts do not generate oil glands, like hand, ear and lips, even there is no necessity of oil on our hand and ear because these are consist of strong tissues, which prevent the skin from being cracked. But this is not the same with lips; lips have very sensitive tissues, and if we will not provide sufficient moisture, than they can easily get damaged. Therefore, apply a good moisturizer (almond oil) to your lips, especially before you sleep so that lips tissues can nourish properly to regenerate new and healthy cells.
In addition, it is essential to increase your intake of Vitamin E and B2 supplements because these vitamins help in making a sensitive skin, healthy.
