Hair Care tips for rainy season

Rainy Season is the time, when we all would love to go out and wants to enjoy the rain, but the change in climate causes many hair related problems also, and hence, the need of proper hair care become even more important to avoid unhealthy and undesirable hair because we all love healthy and beautiful looking hair.

The period of rainy season, reduces the metabolism rate that means, during rainy season our hair rarely grow and apart from this, the changing and wet climate can even make our hair look more dull and lifeless. Therefore, to avoid having those dull, unhealthy and not so good looking hair, you need to emphasis on regular hair care regime so that you can again fill life in lifeless hair during monsoon.

During Rainy season, as the climate become humid, and wet, there is always a kind of bacteria remains in the air and dirt as well, which can give you many hair related problems. Moreover, fungal infection is even very common during monsoon season, that is the reason why hair do not grow properly during this season.

Therefore, there is a big need of taking good care of your hair in order to protect them from all those harmful bacterial and fungal infections, which can damage your hair. Cleaning up your scalp at least 4 times a week helps to stay away from harmful bacteria and fungus.

It is also very important to check your diet, as during this season hair losses their strength, so it becomes essential to provide them necessary nutrients so that hair will be able to have more strength. Excess sugar, junk foods and trans fat should be avoided during monsoon, and one should more emphasis upon fruits, vegetable, nuts red meat, protein rich diet.

It is advisable for not going any kind of chemical treatment for hair, because during monsoon, your hair naturally becomes dull and strength less, and more use of harmful and strong chemical can create serious problems for your hair.

Since this season takes away all the shine of your hair, so in order to get that shine back, one can use many home remedies like applying mashed banana, white portion of egg with curd to get that shine back in your hair.
